What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo with your pet's face fully visible and in focus. Phone photos work great — just avoid screenshots, heavy filters, and dark or blurry shots. If your photo won't print well, we'll message you before printing.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.
Can I return or exchange my blanket?
Because every blanket is personalized, we can't accept returns or exchanges. If yours arrives damaged or with a printing error, message us a photo and we'll send a free replacement.
What is the blanket made of?
Soft, lightweight microfiber fleece. Your design is printed on the front; the back is plain white. Machine wash cold on gentle, tumble dry low.
